In an attempt to keep in touch with his fans, Tamer Hosni held a group fitar on August 28, 2010 with them in Alexandria.
The fetar started after Hosni recited the azan at a hotel in Alexandria, where his fans took the chance and celebrated his birthday.
The artist posed for some photos with his audience before his surprise birthday cake came in. His fans started singing “Kol Sana Wenta Tayeb” in addition to “Roh Albi”.
Tamer launched his latest album, titled “Ekhtart Sah” in 2010.
