Actor Mahmoud Abdel-Aziz has denied rumors of his involvement in the upcoming bio-pic about Egyptian football team coach Hassan Shehata.
The movie will take on Shehata’s upbringing, all up until his latest victories in different international tournaments and championships.
Meanwhile, an upcoming Mediterranean Cinema Festival, from March 28 to April 3, will honor Abdel-Aziz with a lifetime achievement award.
Abde-Aziz’s last movie was “Ibrahim El-Abyad” with Ahmed El-Sakka and Amr Waked and was directed by Marwan Hamed.
